Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Executive in Robotics, Automation, and Engineering to join our dynamic team in the automotive manufacturing sector. This role requires someone with a strong technical background and 2 to 3 years of experience in automation, robotics, and engineering within a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for improving production efficiency, integrating robotic systems, and optimizing automation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement robotic and automation systems for manufacturing processes. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for automation projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, and IT) to ensure smooth integration of automation solutions. Troubleshoot and maintain robotic systems and automated machinery to ensure optimal performance. Monitor production processes and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Provide technical support and training to production teams on automated systems. Assist in the testing and commissioning of new automation systems. Work on continuous improvement projects, driving innovation and enhancing operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in robotics, automation, or engineering within the automotive manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of robotics programming, PLCs, and industrial automation systems. Hands-on experience with robotic arms, sensors, and other automation technologies. Proficient in CAD software and simulation tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with industrial automation in the automotive sector. Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in robotics.
