Job Overview
Analyze and solve production engineering issues with the objective of ensureing the production by order and improving the efficiency within the supervision of Manager I Manufacturing Engineering.
Design, develop, trial and qualify new machine, repair, upgrade and maintain old machine with the objective of ensureing implement new machine into mass production on time, recoving machine issue for production timely within the supervision of electrical engineering.
Job Requirements
Automation project handling
In order to improve the efficency of the production and running NPI project smmothly, Develop the automatic solution and implement the machine to production
Problem solving
In order to ensure the production running soomthly,Provide the technical support for autoline qualification, ramp up and change over, Identify the root cause of the key issue and solve the issue.
Responsible for the effective communication across the compan
Technical support
(i) Conduct tooling design or improvement;
(ii) Follow up sample making issues during new project immigration process;
(iii) Guide engineer/technician in tooling qualification and sample making;
(iv) Conduct the machine guarding,execute company EHS standards & requirements;
in order to ensure the tooling design and impovement meet the new project requirement and release new product and process into mass production on time
Production Documenation Management
(i) coach engineer for engineering document,such as work instruction, process flow chart, PFMEA, LOTO,JSA WI etc.;
(ii) Follow and conduct engineering change(EC);
In order to ensure the completeness and timeliness of engineering document
Equipment Repair and Maintenance
(i) Preapre the equipment maintenance plan and monitor the plan execution conducted by technician in order to ensure the equipments are well maintained;
(ii) Check machine guarding,execute company EHS standards & requirements in order to ensure meeting company guideline.
In order to ensure the state of equipments are good & safely .
What your background should look like

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automation;
• Minimum 8 years of experience w/ automated assembly machines, skilled in fixture/jig design and trouble-shooting for automation machine;
• Familiar with Vision Inspection (Keyence/Cognex), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Pneumatics, sensors, motors and other motion control devices and components selection;
• Robot knowledge will be a plus;
• Interfacing knowledge between mechanical and electrical;
• Pro-E/SolidWorks/AutoCAD/UG/Inventor/CREO

Familiar with Pro-E or SolidWorks, AutoCAD software to create 2D and 3D drawing; * Proven strong analytical and problem solving skills, good interpersonal skills.

• English skills, able to ready technical materials in English
