Responsibilities:

Provide quality technical support to customers in a timely manner Perform systematic continuous improvement to improve efficiency and effectiveness of daily activities Develop new and innovative solutions to address technical issues and challenges Collaborate with sales department on assessing customer requirement to provide a win-win solutions Practice good documentation and housekeeping for data, files, assests and resources

Requirements

Possesses a Degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering / Control / Mechatronic discipline Minimum of Three years working experience in Industrial Automation products including PLC, Industrial Network, Vision, Robotics, Motion, Safety, Sensing, Quality control and Inspection Specialize in dedicated product lines and industrial knowledge Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Effective communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive desired outcomes Good interpersonal, business communication and presentation skills Proactive in the areas of responsibility Self-motivated Ability to handle all range of personal including internal and external communication Detailed & organized team player, meet deadlines under pressure, a keen goal achiever and yet able to work independently with good analytical skills
