Job Description

s:



1. Monitor finishing mill stands according to the production schedule and SOP

2. Set and adjust roll gap, guide alignment, and roll pass

3. Monitor bar shape, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy

4. Take corrective actions when mis-rolls or a defect occurs

5. Assist in roll changing and guide replacement when required

6. Coordinate with QC on monitoring bar weight and quality

7. Any other job related to the rolling mill as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Job Requirements:



1. Minimum SPM, STPM, or related Certificates

2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in a rolling mill or a related environment

3. Have a strong technical understanding of the rolling process

4. Willing to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays

5. Possess own transport and willing to work at Bukit Raja, Klang
