\xe2\x80\xa2 Plan delivery routes for drivers and kelindan based on orders received and delivery deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor driver and kelindan attendance and ensure timely departures for each trip \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that truck servicing and maintenance is carried out on time to prevent breakdowns and delays \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan trips to 3PL locations as required by the company \xe2\x80\xa2 Allocate target delivery volumes to each truck based on availability and capacity \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan pick-up schedules and update customers on delivery status and estimated time of arrival \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and maintain accurate records of delivery schedules and completion rates \xe2\x80\xa2 Continuously optimize routes for efficiency and cost savings Job Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics or related field \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2-3 years of experience in route planning or logistics management \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with drivers, customers, and other team members \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in logistics software and route optimization tools \xe2\x80\xa2 Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports
