Royalty Assistant

A little bit about our team:

Warner Chappell Music is blessed to represent a diversified and talented roster of songwriters and composers. We are the administration hub for Asia and managing everything at the admin perspective from copyright registration, claiming, royalty processing, income tracking & analysis. We work closely with the local offices in Asia & also globally to assist our writers & Ops on royalty collection.

Your role:

This position will play a supporting role in the administration of the royalty processing and will be liaising with Finance or other departments to ensure the accuracy of royalty reporting.

Here you\xe2\x80\x99ll get to:

• Matching royalty income against Tango system
• Merging royalty statements into excel files
• Dealing with enquiries from publishers / writers and internal staff and respond in a timely manner.
• Ad-hoc responsibilities to support Administration team

About you:

• Minimum Diploma in Music or equivalent with significant music administration experience.
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritizing tasks and meet deadlines
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills ( Mandarin and English)
• Proficient in Excel
• Excellent numeracy
• Good team player
