Core Responsibilities



Monitor and troubleshoot

daily RPA processes, ensuring smooth and stable operations per agreed service levels. Collaborate with

internal teams

and

vendors

to handle incidents, problems, and escalations -- from diagnosis to closure -- following SOPs and SLAs. Manage

incident logging

and

ticket queues

, providing timely updates and escalations when necessary. Conduct

root cause analysis

and implement

permanent corrective actions

. Investigate and report application issues, propose resolutions, and alert stakeholders on recurring or potential problems. Communicate regular

status updates

on incidents and system performance to relevant stakeholders. Engage with business and IT teams for

downtime coordination

(Dev, SIT, Prod, DR environments). Configure and manage

automated alerts

, perform

proactive monitoring

of system performance and availability. Support

planned/unplanned maintenance

,

deployments

,

technology refresh

, or

migration

activities. Participate in

System Integration Testing (SIT)

and

Regression Testing

to ensure RPA processes remain stable post-changes. Perform

system maintenance

and coordinate

testing

across SIT, UAT, Production, and DR environments. Ensure

optimal scheduling of bots

to maximize efficiency and meet SLAs. Prepare

operational and performance reports

(e.g., RPA Control Room health checks, bot performance) for management, auditors, and regulators. Contribute to

continuous improvement

of IT support processes and share best practices. Maintain and update the

RPA Incident Management Manual

for team reference.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Experience:

SQL and relational databases: 2 years (Preferred) RPA Support: 2 years (Required) IT Support Operations: 2 years (Preferred)
