Your Job: We are looking for an experienced Record to Report Finance Manager to oversee the Fixed Asset, Intercompany and Supply Chain Accounting functions within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the Fixed Asset, Intercompany and Supply Chain Accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting policies and procedures, and efficient processes. Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities: Operations: Oversee the Fixed Asset, Intercompany and Supply Chain Accounting functions, including ensuring timely and accurate recording of all related transactions in accordance with accounting policies and procedures. Manage the monthly close process for Fixed Asset, Intercompany and Supply Chain Accounting, including reviewing account reconciliations, journal entries, key performance indicators, and financial statements. Prepare and review financial reports and analysis related to Fixed Asset and Supply Chain Accounting to provide insights to senior management. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as procure to pay, order to cash, country finance teams, logistics, and operations to ensure proper accounting treatment of transactions related to Fixed Asset, Intercompany and Supply Chain Accounting. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures. Ensure that all financial information is timely and accurate, and that appropriate controls are in place to manage financial risk. Develop and implement process improvements to drive standardization, increase efficiency, and effectiveness of the Fixed Asset, Intercompany and Supply Chain Accounting functions. Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals, providing coaching and feedback to promote growth and development. Leadership & Transformation: Build a stable and sustainable talent pool and driving expertise in the respective subject matter while ensuring succession plans are in place across all levels in the team Develop leadership capabilities of team leaders to enhance collaboration, strategic thinking, and developing talent. Be a team player with strong networking and interpersonal skills to build trust among other peers, team members and stakeholders, whilst positively instilling a \'transform to grow\' mindset across the Record to Report function. Be a change champion by demonstrating out of the box thinking and challenging the status quo to enhance business process efficiency and drive growth opportunities for GBS and helping create high performing teams. Develop an insights and foresights driven team to manage transformation effectively and proactively supported by data and analytics. Essential Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, or an equivalent professional qualification in a related field (CPA, CIMA, ACCA). Minimum of 7 years\' experience in financial accounting covering fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and supply chain/cost accounting with at least 4 years team leadership experience Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and accounting standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Good command of verbal and written English. Good command of any other Asian language would be an advantage.
