Senior RTR Associate key figure in the financial realm, exhibiting leadership by overseeing and guiding team members. They possess advanced expertise in end-to-end R2R processes, utilizing technology. Their strategic decision support involves providing valuable insights through financial analysis, while their responsibilities extend to complex reconciliations and ensuring regulatory compliance in statutory reporting.

What will you be doing?

Senior RTR Associate plays a crucial role in the finance department, specifically in the context of financial reporting and accounting processes. Here\'s a brief overview of the responsibilities:

Financial Record Accuracy:

Conduct monthly intercompany and general ledger reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy and alignment of financial transactions across different entities.

Prepare and post month-end close journals to reflect precise financial positions and adjustments.

Regulatory Compliance and Reporting:

Manage statutory reporting and validation, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and standards.

Perform bank statement reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and transfer pricing document preparation, all contributing to compliance with financial regulations.

Comprehensive Tax Management:

Handle tax accounting and compliance, including the accurate calculation, reporting, and staying current with changes in tax regulations.

Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual), offering a comprehensive overview of the organization\'s financial performance and position.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in the role will requires a combination of technical knowledge, soft skills, and a deep understanding of both the business and service-providing sides of an organization.

Successful candidates would need the following:

5 to 6 years of relevant experience in R2R solutions is required for the role.

Experience in accounting, including proficiency in regular journal entries and a grasp of monthly and quarterly close calendars.

Strong understanding of balance sheet category reconciliations.

Knowledge of Fixed Assets and Intercompany transactions is advantageous.

Hands-on experience with tools such as MS Excel, including proficiency in statistical functions and detailed data analysis, as well as MS PowerPoint.

Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end business transactions within the domain.

Mandatory comprehensive knowledge of Accounting ERP (SAP).
