Job Description

RTR (Record to Report) analyst is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end financial reporting process within an organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of financial statements.General Ledger:

• Prepare monthly journals based on a defined list or as directed to close the books at month end.
• Prepare monthly accounts analysis of Balance Sheet items and ensure proper reclassification and balances is valid.
• Perform month end closing tasks and reporting per defined timeline.Intercompany:
• Perform intercompany billings and accounting based on defined list, procedure or when directed
• Perform monthly intercompany confirmation with other entities.
• Perform payment and reconciliation.Fixed Asset Accounting:
• Perform accounting for fixed assets movements and month end depreciation.Country Finance role:
• Responsible to maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting policies and SOX control.
• Ensure expenses are correctly captured in respective cost center.
• Statutory Financial Statements preparation and/or Tax Filing, annual return and all other statutory filing
• Assist on audit request and audit queries.

MNC Exposure|Regional stakeholder management

• Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting. (Chartered Accountant) CA/ (Certified Public Accountant) CPA preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and good understanding of controls, policies, compliance and process efficiency.
• Can speak, read and write in Thai / Vietnamese language
• Audit experience (preferred) and/or commercial background, Share Service Centers (SSC).
• Experience with ERP system such as SAP
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Good analytical skills.
