About Our Client

  • Responsible for daily update of account receivable collections and printing of Tax/Receipt invoices if required.
  • Responsible for reconcile billing data and complete invoicing with accurate data as per agreed timelines.
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts to request / follow-up relevant information to support billing adjustment and collections update on timely manner.
  • Responsible for all GL entries posting, including accruals, payroll etc. and month-end closing activities.
  • Prepare balance sheet analysis and reconciliation on timely manner, such as cash on delivery (COD) reconciliation, GRIR reconciliation & etc.
  • Responsible for Fixed asset ledger and asset accounting e.g. capitalization, disposal or transfer is properly recorded and according to group policy & guidelines.
  • Organize and plans work schedules independently to meet service delivery level with minimum guidance and able to take appropriate actions to resolve issues independently without much supervision.
  • Work according to internal controls (CRSIP) requirement and ensure works are submitted on time to Team Leader or Team Manager for review.
  • To provide required data to Internal Control / Audit Team & highlight potential issue to Manager from the reviewed of the documentation

The Successful Applicant

  • Educated to Diploma/Degree level with an appropriate Finance and/or Accounting major.
  • Proficient in English and Thai speaking (verbal and written)
  • Minimum 4-5 years experience in Finance / SSC environment.
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office including strong command on MS Excel.
  • Ability to use formal and informal methods to persuade and influence others.
  • Establishing a course of action to accomplish specific goals.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Ability to express well-thought concise and timely oral and written information.
  • Good team player.
  • Ability to effectively explore alternatives so as to reach common results.
  • Demonstrating a high level of commitment, energy, resilience and tenacity in doing the job.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Tolerance to stress.
  • Passion for delighting customers.
  • Thai Proficiency is required.
