Job Description

Our client is a leading global professional services company, providing a broad range of services in strategy and consulting, interactive, technology and operations, with digital capabilities across all of these services.

• Performs on a monthly basis the reconciliation of all deductions from retailers from simple to medium tasks
• Resolves internal external customer queries in a professional manner
• Booking of other ad hoc journals related to true - ups
• Participates in cross functional teams to resolve business process issues
• Supplies consistently accurate information to all inter-dependent groups, adhering to strict deadlines
• Provides expertise support to any queries collectors and the finance team may have regarding reconciliation issues
• Processes and manages all deductions related to promotions taken from retailers
• Processes and manages reversals for various business units
• Participates in various project work as deemed necessary to undertake any other task that may be deemed necessary from time to time in the fulfillment of your role
• Accountable for recording transactions within SLA guidelines
• Adherence to client\'s policies and procedures
• Assists Cash Application, collections, and sales to apply payments
• Performs research in system by contacting sales and retailers via email

Basic Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Associates degree or minimum 1-year work experience
\xc2\xb7 Minimum 6 months finance and accounting general experience
\xc2\xb7 Minimum 1 year MS office
\xc2\xb7 BS Accountancy or any related field preferred
\xc2\xb7 Strong quantitative skills
\xc2\xb7 Related skills of experience preferred
\xc2\xb7 Able to speak, read and write Japanese languageProfessional Skill Requires:
