Job Description
Job Scope
Conducting regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards
Developing and implementing safety policies, procedures, and training programs to promote a strong safety culture
Investigating accidents and incidents, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Maintaining accurate records and reporting on safety performance metrics
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address safety concerns and find innovative solutions
Staying up-to-date with relevant health and safety regulations and best practices
Requirement
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar safety or occupational health and safety role
Familiarity with Malaysian safety regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, DOSH)
Able to work
rotational shifts
(including morning, noon and night shift) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels Ability to work independently and as part of a team A proactive and detail-oriented approach to safety managementJob Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
