for workers and visitors. Support the issuance and verification of

Permit to Work (PTW)

and ensure control of high-risk activities. Record and report any unsafe acts or conditions; follow up on corrective actions. Participate in

incident and accident investigations

, root cause analysis, and prepare reports. Monitor proper usage of

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

and enforce compliance. Maintain and update safety records, including

daily reports, HIRARC, MSDS

, and equipment checklists. Assist in emergency response drills, fire safety checks, and evacuation planning. Coordinate with contractors, site supervisors, and workers to resolve safety concerns on-site.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field. Minimum

2 years' experience

in a similar role, preferably in construction or oil & gas projects. Certified with

SHO, NIOSH, or equivalent

(e.g. AK3 Umum / NEBOSH is an advantage). Knowledge of

HIRARC, JSA, PTW, PPE, LOTO, Confined Space Entry

, etc. Strong communication skills (verbal & written). Able to work at remote project sites, in shift rotation or extended hours if required.

Skills:

Good understanding of OSHA, FMA, DOSH, and industry-specific safety regulations. Basic first aid knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Team player with attention to detail and high safety awareness.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
