Job Responsibilities:
Enforce company safety policies, procedures, and Occupational Health & Safety regulations to achieve zero harm, including PPE compliance and hazard identification.
Plan, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training programs to ensure competency and safety awareness among all site employees.
Coordinate with developer, consultants, authorities, and project teams to resolve HSE issues and ensure effective safety operations.
Develop the Environmental Management System (EMS) and conduct Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) for the new project.
Conduct accident investigations, prepare and submit accident reports to DOSH, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain all HSE documentation and records in compliance with DOSH requirements.
Job Requirement:
Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Construction related studies.
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in construction related industry.
Proficient in: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Knowledge and skills: Project management, Critical Thinking, Coordination, Problem Solving, Negotiation and Construction Management.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
