Job Description


:Job Responsibilities:

  • To analyse and advise on compliance status to HSSE legal requirements to all tasks to be carried out within Healthcare Services sites and to advise Facilities Manager (FM) on the HSSE related matters.
  • To advise on HSSE improvements plan for Healthcare from the results obtained during Workplace Inspection or Compliance assessment and to identify the HSSE hazards, conduct risk assessment and proposed risk control measures according to hierarchy of control.
  • To plan, conduct HSSE Inspection and walkabout, conduct HSSE meeting and become it Secretary. To plan, prepare and complete HSSE Quarterly Priority.
  • To monitor on compliance to HSSE legal requirements to all tasks to be carried out within Healthcare Services sites.
  • To organise and conduct HSSE Programs such as induction, briefing and awareness for Healthcare Services staffs and workers
  • To conduct incident investigation, produce incident reports, make recommendation and develop Safety Alert
  • To participate on any external programs conducted by MOH which relevant to HSSE
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or Safety, Health & Environment or any related field.
  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in Facility Engineering Maintenance and Services
  • Competent Safety & Health Officer (SHO) Management System ISO 45001 & IS014001
  • People Management and Organizational Excellence.
  • Technology Enhancement / Advancement on Engineering.
