The individual will work closely with all Ikano Centres Safety and Security Managers throughout the organisation. The role creates and maintain overall risk awareness through educational culture. Through risk management framework, ensure a safe and secure environment for our customers, co-workers, and visitors. Strengthen IKEA Brand and protects our assets by maintaining compliance with internal and external regulatory demands Your assignment Support relevant stakeholders in adoption of regulatory requirements to meet IKEA safety and security intended level of protection. Define and align the implementation of operating procedures in Ikano Centre organisation. Lead, coordinate, and help grow safety and security capabilities in order to protect IKEA assets from theft loss or damage and operating challenges. Refresh training materials and support with training for co-workers and relevant stakeholders on health, safety and security. Advise Ikano Centre units safety and security managers on IKEA requirement for operating centres and projects. Perform inspection/audit independently with completion of written report. Lead, coordinate and secure incidents are properly reported in incident reporting tool and with insurance companies, where applicable. Lead investigation and recommendation on improved working methods and solutions that prevent theft, loss, property damage of shopping centre. Co-ordinate with Ikano Centres Emergency Response team and management for the handling of any emergency cases and provide appropriate action according to Ikano Centre Emergency Management Plan. Proactively identify emerging risks and ensure early involvement in new initiatives in Ikano centres. Qualification Your profile Possesses strong communication and documentation skills. High level of personal integrity Strong capability to implement request at short notice Strong capability to work independently and reliably with good multi-tasking skills often simultaneously while prioritizing and executing on deliverables with minimal direction and oversight. Strong capability to influence others especially with divergent interest Ability to plan effectively on all assigned task and follow up on changes implemented Ability to react confidently to critical situations and provide appropriate solutions to minimise risk to both business and people. Ability to coach all Ikano Centres matrix towards updated internal and external requirements. Ability to work with third party partners such as insurers and consultants. Possess good knowledge of various types of insurance including renewal of yearly global and local insurance. Ability to analyse data and present to relevant stakeholders.
