\xe2\x80\xa2 Handling Security Vendor\xe2\x80\x99s Invoices \xef\x80\xad Work closely with the vendors on following up for the invoice submission on time to avoid any delay. \xef\x80\xad Receiving invoices from Security vendors and verifying the invoices and submitting to the account team for payment. \xef\x80\xad Track and recorded all the invoices properly in the system and file it accordingly. \xef\x80\xad Have good negotiable/effective communication skills and propose on areas of cost-saving to the department head. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling store Insurance claims \xef\x80\xad Managing a claim from the start through to settlement, making decisions on the extent and validity of a claim, and checking for any potentially fraudulent activity \xef\x80\xad Review claim submissions, verify information, work with insurance agents and beneficiaries, and process claim payments when issued \xef\x80\xad Work very closely with the Ops & facilities and other relevant teams to compile all the documentation for the claims \xef\x80\xad Keep track of all the submissions and close the case within the timeline. \xef\x80\xad Fixed Asset Management \xef\x80\xad Maintenance of fixed assets records for the stores \xef\x80\xad Work closely with the vendors on tagging every item and kept it properly in the warehouse \xef\x80\xad Inspect the vendor\xe2\x80\x99s warehouse on a Quarterly basis to ensure no variance in the fixed asset \xef\x80\xad Track all the fixed asset movement and keep good records for the reference \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain effective communication with the head of Safety & Security Services, all operations and support center partners. \xef\x80\xad To provide timely, concise & accurate reporting on all aspects of the role at all levels. Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, and Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management studies or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English (in both orally and in writing) \xe2\x80\xa2 Applicants must be willing to work in Berjaya Times Square. \xe2\x80\xa2 Detail oriented, mature, with excellent analytical & quantitative skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.is a MUST
