Job Description

The Safety Supervisor for Adventure Park (indoor and outdoor) attractions must ensure optimum safety and efficient operations within the parameters of the company standards as well as meet with the international standards set for ISO certifications. The candidate is tasked with ensuring the efficient running of all mechanical and electrical equipment to maximize safety, reliability and performance. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance of all hydraulics, safety lines, mechanical equipment and other facilities of the parks. Help Safety Manager with establishment of preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimum performance at all times.
• Prepare for and effect immediate repairs in cases of breakdowns and initiating contingency plans as necessary.
• To ensure the safe and proper functioning of all emergency systems.
• Create, maintain and regularly review stocks and inventories for all equipment, spare parts, consumables, documentation and any other supplies necessary to ensure that the department can function effectively and efficiently.
• Responsible for the security and condition of all equipment and supplies stored, retained, used or under the control of the department.
• Create and maintain records and documentation related to the department. Ensure all information is accurate and up to date according to company and legal standards and supply reports or information as required by their direct manager to assist in the formulation of business planning, budget forecasts or training needs analysis etc.
• To constantly look for ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department. Additionally, the Lead is expected to suggest and implement improvements to internal procedures and controls to improve efficiency and reduce costs wherever possible.
• Conduct Safety Checks, i.e. prior to opening hours checks on daily basis; month interval safety audit; and annual safety audit by accredited third party consultant.
• To ensure customers safety are always maintained at highest standards and to ensure guest have enjoyable experience.
• To make rounds to check the safety aspects of the All parks within the Group.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or professional degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or similar field is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in maintenance.
• Previous managerial experience of at least 1 years is advantage.
• Good basic understanding of the technical features of plumbing, carpentry, power tools usage and electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge facilities machines and equipment.
• Excellent organizational abilities. Ability to work independently required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong spatial ability.
