Senior Executive, Safety, Health, Security and Environment (SHSE)

Role Purpose

To support the implementation of Safety, Health, Security & Environment (SHSE) requirements across MAB Engineering Services (MABES). This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, conducting patrols, responding to emergencies, and mitigating safety and fire-related risks within the premises.

Key Accountability

Monitor and manage Fire Control Panel (FCP) in accordance with BOMBA requirements. Perform dual duties as Fire and Security Warden to ensure MABES facilities remain safe from hazards. Conduct scheduled patrols within MAB Engineering buildings to detect fire hazards, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and security breaches. Assist in coordinating 24-hour emergency response for incidents such as fire outbreaks, evacuation and security violations. Support enforcement and promotion of SHSE best practices, policies and regulations within MAB Engineering Services. Provide standby support during hot work activities within MABES areas. Conduct inspection and patrolling activities at Hangar 5, Hangar 6 and Industrial Waste Treatment Plant during each shift.

Qualifications & Working Experience

SPM with at least 1 year working experience. Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health / Engineering / relevant field is an advantage. At least 1 year of working experience in operational environment is an advantage.
