- Prepare HR documentations / letters ( Appointment / Confirmation / Increment / Bonus /Warning / Resignation / etc.)
- Perform data entry and organise personal records.
- Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
- Maintain employee benefits and compensation packages and continually monitor for compliance and best practices.
- Preparing and ensure accuracy of monthly payroll.
- Handle or purchasing all office equipments, stationeries and other office assets.
- Upkeep and maintaining the company facilities, vehicles etc.
- Handle the application, renewing and filing related local authority licenses.
- Support the overall administrative work and ensure a smooth running of daily operation in the office
