Requirements:\xc2\xb7Applicants with SPM level qualification and above\xc2\xb7Proficient in Mandarin (Read, Speak, Type)\xc2\xb7Fluent English & Bahasa Malaysia required for this role\xc2\xb7 Have no issue to work on Rotational shift (Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday: 7:30am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm & Saturday \xe2\x80\x93 Sunday: 8am \xe2\x80\x93 5pm)\xc2\xb7Willing to commit on 5.5 days rotational work per week (including Weekend and Public Holidays)\xc2\xb7Able to start working on 19th June 2024\xc2\xb7Have no issue to be fully work based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor Office Scopes:\xc2\xb7 Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the company\xe2\x80\x99s services.\xc2\xb7 To exceed customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.\xc2\xb7Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA.\xc2\xb7Facilitate customer onboarding and provide stellar after-sales services.\xc2\xb7 Help customer with basic \xe2\x80\x98how to\xe2\x80\x99 guides\xc2\xb7Enquires on eShop Web Portal online purchase and delivery matters\xc2\xb7Assisting customer to registering product warranty online Experience Required: Min 0 Year/s
