Job Description
- Operational Coordination: Monitor and manage workflow to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Process improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Resource Management: Assist in managing the allocation and utilization of resource, including personnel, equipment, and supplies.
- Team Support and Development: Provide support to operational staff and ensure they have the necessary resources and training.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Reporting and documentation: Maintain accurate records of operational activities and performance metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as sales, finance, HR, and IT to support overall business objectives.
- Salary range: RM3,000 - RM4,800
- Working hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) & Saturday 8am - 12pm (Alternate)
- Working location: Kuala Lumpur
