Candidates must possess at least SPM qualification.
Familiarity with video games is a plus and preferred.
Fresh graduate / at least 1 year of experience in retail preferred.
Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia is required, additional dialects will be a strong advantage.
Enthusiastic personality who have a genuine desire to interact with customers and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Tanggungjawab

Stay updated on product knowledge.
Contribute to a fun and vibrant store atmosphere.
Welcome customers into the store and provide excellent customer service.
Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues professionally and promptly.
Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and processing purchases.
Engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are appealing.
