Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,800
Working Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

We're looking for a driven and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to join our client's team in Dengkil.
This role involves promoting laboratory machines, reagent kits, and diagnostic services, managing customer relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to help expand the company's market reach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales

Promote and sell a wide range of products including machines (Plus Life, Pockit Central), reagent kits (Idvet, Genereach, Mycotoxin), and ISO 17025-certified lab services. Achieve individual sales targets set by management. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals. Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines. Monitor competitor activities and share key market insights.

2. Customer Management

Acquire new customers across targeted industries. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers (?90% retention). Deliver excellent after-sales service to ensure (?80% positive customer feedback). Assist in resolving customer complaints promptly.

3. Marketing & Promotion

Plan and execute at least 3 marketing campaigns during the contract period. Support digital and offline marketing activities such as social media content, exhibitions, and seminars. Work with the marketing/content team to develop promotional materials.

4. Reporting & Administration

Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback. Maintain up-to-date customer records and sales documentation. Track and report progress based on assigned KPIs.

5. Learning & Development

Attend at least one sales or marketing-related training during the contract period. Suggest at least two new ideas for sales, marketing, or lab service promotion.
