Job Description
Job Responsibility Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answer customer inquiries, offer product recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the features, specifications, and prices of all products for sale. Be able to introduce the advantages and characteristics of the products to customers. Inventory Management: Manage the store\'s inventory, ensure that products on the shelves are neatly displayed, and perform inventory checks and restocking. Market Research: Collect customer feedback, understand market demands and competition, and provide improvement suggestions. Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and organized, including shelf displays, product presentations, and cleaning tasks. Job Requirements Possess sales experience. Can establish good relationships and trust with customers. Strong sense of responsibility, diligence, and teamwork.
