RICHTAQWA SDN BHD, a company located at Setia Taipan, Setia Alam. is currently looking for a Sale Manager. If you are self-driven and ambitious tech-savvy professional, we would love to meet you! We are expecting you to be experienced in Marketing or Sale. Responsibilities:

• Responsible to oversee the group of retention and sale activities
• Develop & monitor business plan
• Manage the progress & ensure the planned goals are achieved
• Be proactive in lead generation
• To coordinate with fellow colleagues in the execution of the business strategy & meeting planned goals
• To oversee sales activities & performance, including tracking sale goals, setting sales target & facilitate ongoing training accordingly
• Overseeing the sales team in development of new marketing plans and strategies.
• Responsible to develop/expand product specification with relevant parties,, business networks/clientele base and drive sale performance
• Manage key customer relationships as well as plan and implement competitive strategies to achieve substantial growth in sales and market shares, including preparing sales proposals and quotations
• Administrative and any other responsibilities as may reasonably be required from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing / Business Studies / Entrepreneur / Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 5 year\'s working experience in related field
• Working experience in E-commerce/Online Sales Industry will be an added advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office \xe2\x80\x93 Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good in analytical skill and logical thinking
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Good leadership potential.
• Meticulous, thorough, able to multi-task and work independently.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Setia Alam, Shah Alam.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Benefits:
