Job Description
INDUSTRY : FREIGHT FORWARDING Job responsibilities
- Responsible for sourcing cost rates and service negotiation with suppliers/carriers.
- Responsible in quoting for overseas agents especially bidding/project enquiries.
- Prepare and deliver the flyers on the services biweekly.
- Responsible to communicate with overseas agents promptly. / Responsible to initiate calls with overseas agents promptly.
- Participate in the conference meetings on behalf of the company.
- Support sales team to develop strong client relationship and account retention.
- Assist in new sales leading to secure the business.
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Candidate with experience in freight forwarding/logistics/shipping industry is preferred.
- Good negotiation skills, understandable and relate to people at all levels.
- Able to manage time and response quickly to a given task.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills to deal with people in various levels.
- Organized and possess strong analytical skills.
- Strong leadership skills and motivation skills.
