Job Description

• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology related field or at least 1 year of sales experience, prefer with software sales experience
• Mandarin Speaker needed to handle Chinese Market & Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia with strong communication skills.
• Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms, online marketplaces, payment gateways, order management systems, and other related technologies.
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to build rapport, identify customer needs, and provide effective solutions.
• A proactive and self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Understand the client\'s business needs and challenges of prospects and offer tailored solutions to address client\'s specific requirements using our PayRecon software.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the eCommerce space to effectively position and differentiate our software solutions.
• Develop and present compelling proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close sales deals in a timely manner while maximizing revenue and profitability.
• Conduct Product Demonstrations the features and benefits of our PayRecon software to potential customers through online demos, presentations, and live interactions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
