DESCRIPTION

Develop and monitor production
Develop agency force for Motor & Non Motor
Regular visit to business partners and collect submission & payment
Manage agent's statement of accounts
Conduct simple fire survey
Continuous effort to train new & existing agents and other business partners
Respond to various requests from customers/agents/HQ
Business Operations
Ensure effective and efficient administration of day to day business operations in line with SOP across all support functions
Compliance
Ensure consistency with enterprise risk management guidelines
Ensure compliance with regulations and laws
Ensure good corporate governance is practiced and are being exercised by the branch

People Management

Build an organization that attracts and retain talents to ensure critical business processes are highly efficient and effective
Assemble and empower a high performing team.
Ensure regular communication of key imperatives

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum two (2) years of working experience in related field
Must possess a Degree in any discipline (preferably in Insurance)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Result oriented and highly motivated to succeed in the insurance industry
Highly level of competency in MS office applications (i.e. Word, Excel and Power Point)
Preferred someone from General Insurance background
