The Sales Account Manager (Pro-AV Solutions) is responsible for driving sales growth by managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting integrated Pro-AV and command center solutions. This role covers the full sales cycle--from prospecting, solution presentation, and proposal preparation to project coordination and post-sales follow-up. The Account Manager will work closely with pre-sales, technical, and channel partners to design and deliver customized AV solutions that meet client requirements. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, monitoring market trends, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets and supporting long-term business partnerships.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and grow key accounts in the Pro-AV and command center industry.
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver customized AV solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and drive sales to meet quarterly targets.
Build strong rapport with channel partners, consultants, and end-users.
Conduct presentations and solution demos to showcase our value proposition.
Follow up from design to project delivery and post-sales support.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Pro-AV industry.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, AV Technology, or a related field.
Solid understanding of AV systems, control rooms, or integrated solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy, customer-focused, and solution-driven.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.
Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
Willing to work at Kota Damansara.
