Arrange agent viewing appointment and prepare necessary documents and information.
To assist agent booking cases and follow up loan status.
To monitor agents\xe2\x80\x99 signing cases and cancellation cases.
To support agent by providing all relevant and updated information
To handle documentation (invoice, memo, contract agreement, payment voucher and etc) and maintain systematic.
To advise & follow up loan status with banker and agent.
To attend any queries from agents.
To assign and assist roadshow for agent.
To handle any ad hoc task assign by management.
Prepare and update weekly sales report.
Responsible for daily operation in sales gallery as per schedule.
To promote teamwork and enhance the collaboration in the office.
To execute & monitor the whole sales cycle by handling the potential buyers enquiries, site viewing, document signing, etc.
To actively participating in all sales activities in order to meet monthly sales target.
Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
Our expectations:
Possess at least Diploma in any field.
Possess at least 1 year sales experience in real estate industry.
Possess own transport and willingness to travel.
Required(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Able to work on weekend and public holiday.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player, Confident, Responsible, Self-motivated and Passion.
Good communication skills, independent and fast learner
