Job Description

- Candidate must possess at lease SPM, diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
- Willing to learn, passionate, good working attitude and a team player
- Computer literate.
- Process sales orders and invoices; coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely product delivery or pick-up.
- Update records of incoming payments from customers and generate statements of accounts promptly.
- Maintain and update the customer database.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and monitor stock movement.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and finance department to provide administrative support.
- Perform other duties as assigned periodically.
