To provide support to Sales Department and to assist the Sales Admin Team Lead on day-to-day activities including the followings:-
- Prepare receipts for car bookings and down payments.
- Prepare documents for car registrations through online registration.
- Prepare customer and bank invoice.
- Prepare documents for delivery (service books).
- Prepare quotations for Sales Consultants.
- Prepare reports as required by Sales Team i.e. weekly, monthly, etc.
- Prepare monthly accessories & car commissions for Sales Consultants.
- General administration in office such as filling, etc.
- Perform car ordering from Honda factory.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned as and when required.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies / Administration. Degree Holder in any field or equivalent. SPM with credits in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mathematics.
At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field.
Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Able to write and communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English
High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Must possess a pleasant personality and positive working attitude such as proactive, self-disciplined, responsible, meticulous and organized and a team player with high moral values.
Candidates who are available to commence work immediately or within a short time frame would be highly advantageous.
