You will be responsible in managing and maintaining customer relationships; review and identify the possible growth of each account.Job Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates are most welcome to apply.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with strong skills in Excel, data management and invoicing.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Able to start immediately.

TanggungjawabJob Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track supply operations through effective communication with warehouse, transporters and customers.
• Receiving and processing Sales orders and manage order delivery timeliness.
• Issuing sales transaction invoices and ensure invoice accuracy.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and order information in our system.
• Assisting with the coordination of sales-related activities and events.
• Providing support to the sales team as needed, including generating reports and preparing presentations
• Ensuring smooth communication between the sales and operations departments.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
