Job Description

1. Assist Sales and Marketing department to handle day-to-day activities related to the sales documentations
2. Coordinate and liaise with purchasers, end-financiers and solicitors on Sale and Purchase Agreement and loan documentation matters, as well as maintain proper records accordingly
3. To check the accuracy of the Sale and Purchase Agreement, Loan Documentation and other relevant documents related to the sales
4. Assist in generate progress billing, issuance of reminder and collection of payment
5. Maintain proper filing systems to ensure the traceability of documents & update into System
6. Any other task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
7. Coordinate and liaise with real estate negotiators

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
