To provide assistance to the sales team in terms of clerical and administrative duties (i.e. preparing quotations, answering customer's enquiries and etc.).
To coordinate calibration job orders with the technical team.
To perform ad hoc tasks as and when assigned and requested by the Management.
To track the progress of calibration jobs and update customers accordingly.
Assist the sales team in understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
Update calibration management system / CRM with job details, certificates, and customer information.
Respond to technical inquiries and assist with product-related questions.
Maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Schedule equipment pick-up and delivery with logistics/driver when required.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification or Diploma Certificate
The candidate must have a minimum of one (1) year of working experience. Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply and on-the-job training will be provided
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good command in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
One vacancy is available and will be based in Puchong.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
