Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES: \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling maintenance agreements including negotiating and discussing between Clients and Management. Obtain approval for any special arrangement or cases. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing and amending quotations. Also, double-checked all invoices before sending them to Clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling and managing all additional headcount-related matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Answering inquiries and sent draft quotations via email. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up / collect payment for Maintenance Agreement, additional headcounts, and resigned salesperson. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling administrative tasks that are assigned from time to time. QUALIFICATION: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in the related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated & independent, customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, quick learner, and good team player. \xe2\x80\xa2 Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to speak both fluent English and Malay. The ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle difficult customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates MUST be able to start work immediately.
