Job description: E-commerce (shopee/Lazada) Received order Create invoice from system Prepare items used for packing process. Process order Packing order Attempt drop-off online purchase order Customer chats response Communicate with online purchase customer about the products Update items - shopee and lazada Upload items - shopee and lazada Checking stocks in the system Daily Update in Shopee and Lazada group Filing invoice online purchase Daily Update on online purchase activities Daily Sales Report Requirement: At least one (1) year experience handling e-commerce business account Possess self-determination Well organized Strong written communication & customer service skills Working schedule: Monday - Saturday 10.00 am - 6.30pm Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits: Maternity leave Opportunities for promotion Professional development Schedule: Day shift Supplemental pay types: Commission pay Experience: handling company/business\'s lazada/shopee account: 1 year (Preferred)
