Sales Admin Executive

We are looking for an outstanding S&M representatives with minimum of 5 years of experience in property development.

• To check and ensure all the related application of Developers License and

Advertising Permit to KPKT are approved and obtained prior to the product launching. To follow up and monitor the submission of Form 7F and 7E and all related submission in order to comply to KPKT requirement. And also to update and submit report to NAPIC on quarterly basis.

• To liaise with Agency on the Sales & Loan documents.
• To update sales detail report in WIZZ system software in accurate & timely manner.
• To organize, follow up and monitor the completion of sales transaction up to SPA signed and application/approval of loan pertaining to the sold products in order that the process can be completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• To check and follow up on the application of bumi released units, sales & loan reports and other related reports necessary in the operation of sales department in order that such application and reports are prepared in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
• Ensure the flow of documents are in order for vacant possession before CCC.
• Attend to purchaser\xe2\x80\x99s query.
• Maintain and upkeep all the document according to SOP procedure and objective.
• Any assignment as deemed fit and necessary by the Management.

Requirements:
1) At least 3-5 years working experiences preferably with Property Developer or Real Estate company.
2) Applicant should be able to work independently, pro-active, result and market oriented with good communication skills will all levels of people.
3) Possess good teamwork spirit and strong organizational skills.
4) Specific skills / abilities : Good working knowledge of property marketing. Able to communicate and write well.
5) Computer literate and possess a valid driving license.
