Key Responsibilities
Attract new clients by overseeing and innovating the sales process.
Identify and research opportunities in both new and existing markets.
Prepare and deliver impactful pitches and presentations to potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Run outbound campaigns (calls, emails, roadshows) to generate sales opportunities.
Develop customized proposals, negotiate, and translate them into signed contracts.
Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure and implementation.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
Regularly follow up with clients to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in any field.
Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
Must possess own vehicle and be willing to travel.
Prior sales experience is required, preferably in interior design, construction, or related industries.
