Calculate daily and monthly sales and buyback for normal sales, Gap, pg buyback, non pg buyback, pajak, tekun and koperasi tentera reporting for management to review. Check rejected buyback and get the correct information from branch to re-bank in. Export normal buyback and GSAP buyback report. Do and check payment report for finance to bank in buyback money to customers Combine same customer buyback and sum up into 1 transaction JA account need to check for the parent informations. Verify buyback NRIC number, bank account number for any missing or extra digit Verify customer own information and customer 's 3rd party accounts. For customer using foreign bank account, need to request from the outlet for the customer IC and bank statements. Calculate buyback and silver sales and send to Harrison. Edit order for branch such as change design, price, warehouse after Susan/Xinlyn approval. Assist branch check on enquiries. Check cancellation form and submit for cancellation process. Order buyback plastic, delivery order paper and receipt book and pack to branch when requested. Check upgrade master dealer form and pass to CDC. Issue staff purchase with staff price discount Upload dealers commission for GAP.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Management or a related field, with professional qualifications preferred. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Strong communication skills and a disciplined work ethic.
