Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and efficient team player for the role of Sales Admin. You will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for accurately handling all billing matters while supporting the daily administrative functions of our e-commerce platforms, like Shopee, Lazada and TikTok. If you have a knack for data processing and an interest in e-commerce, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Billing & Administrative Duties:

Prepare and issue sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and other related documents. Accurately input sales data into accounting or inventory management systems. Maintain accounts receivable records and follow up on customer payments. Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks.

E-commerce Platform Support:

Assist in processing orders from e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop). Promptly respond to customer messages on the platforms, handle inquiries, and resolve pre-sales and after-sales issues. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure that online orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately, to maintain accurate online stock levels, and perform timely updates. Assist in listing new products and updating product information, prices, and images. Support the preparation for e-commerce marketing campaigns. Work closely with the warehouse and marketing teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

We Are Looking For:

Minimum

SPM/Diploma

or equivalent qualification.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1 year of relevant working experience (in billing, admin, data entry, or e-commerce support) will be prioritized.

Familiarity with

Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop

backend operations is a significant advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially

Excel

(for data management and basic formulas).

Familiarity with

SQL Accounting

is a significant advantage.

Excellent written communication skills in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers; basic communication skills in English are required.

Meticulous, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
