Key Responsibilities:
? Provide administrative support to the sales team
? Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices
? Maintain and update sales records and customer databases
? Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing
? Follow up on deliveries, documentation, and customer inquiries
? Assist in preparing sales reports and summaries
Qualifications
:
? Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or related field
? Experience in sales administration or office support is an advantage
? Well-organized with strong attention to detail
? Good communication and coordination skills
? Basic computer skills, including MS Office
