Job Description


  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role in FMCG industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and report generation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and also independently when necessary.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and basic sales techniques in FMCG industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update customer and sales data in the company\'s system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing and processing sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
  • Collaborate with various departments, such as warehouse, logistic & finance to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and effective communication.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email, or in-person and assist with resolving their questions or directing them to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and sales forecasts for management review to aid in decision-making processes.
  • Assist in monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment orders to meet customer demands and avoid stockouts.
  • Organize and maintain sales-related documents, including contracts, agreements, and pricing lists.
  • Arrange and schedule sales meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in coordinating sales training programs and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Track individual and team sales performance, recognizing top performers, and providing feedback on areas of improvement.
  • Handle various ad-hoc tasks and assignments as needed to support the sales team\'s objectives.
