Responsible for providing administrative support to department operation and practices.
Coordinate and arrange meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensure that team member is kept current information.
Ensure the department operation and executions, also undertake appropriate control measure to make sure operations are conducted cost effectively within approved budget.
Identify and develop comprehensive client & customer relations strategies and plans.
Implement the customer relationship management to improve the department networking and develop departmental culture with shared values.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Maintain good relationships with customers and get the feedback from customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service.
Requirements: 1. Experience 1 years 2. Minimum SPM 3. Have a good understanding of the training & development industry and understand the development trend of the relevant market 4. Good at communication, strong communication skills and negotiation skills 5. Have your own means of transportation.
