• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in a related field (additional qualifications are an advantage).
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Positive working attitude with pleasant and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
• Knowledge and basic skills in MS Office.
• Responsible, fast learner, and with a pleasant personality.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage all sales-related activities of the company.
• Handle schedules and distribute sales documentation.
• Be proficient in computer usage and handle inquiries through telephone effectively.
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations for clients, negotiating terms at a cost suitable for them.
• Work in a team environment, assisting in conflict resolution and liaising with various departments.
• Serve as a liaison between outside clients and agents.
• Handle daily incoming and outgoing communications, including sales-related emails and telephone inquiries.
• Manage corporate customers' spare part orders, delivery schedules, and customer payment collections.
• Compile supporting documents for warranty parts.
• Provide quality customer service.
