Work as Sales Support and Sales Coordinator to support Sales Team and Directors.
To assist sales team when representatives are not around.
Maintain a database of both existing and new customers.
Research for new customer contact details (via Google, Facebook, Linkedin, Cold Calls etc.)
Compile a record of customer's historical and current promotional activities.
Keep track of customer's various locations of operation.
To meet or over-achieve weekly / monthly targets of new customer contact mining.
Ensure customer's paperwork submission is format-compliant and on time.
Accurately upload customers' latest promotion to client system.
Maintain timely reporting to internal management.
Specific capabilities required to achieve the above targets or overcome above problem:
Deadline: Daily / Weekly / Monthly.
Specific capabilities required: Resourceful, Efficient, Good writing skills. Excellent in attention to detail & record management with a high level of numerical accuracy. Strong in customer orientation and highly organized approach to work.
