The Sales Administrator - Sales Operations provides operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Sales team. This role focuses on ensuring seamless sales processes, accurate documentation, timely order coordination, and effective communication across departments. The position works closely with internal teams to enhance workflow efficiency, maintain data accuracy, and support overall sales performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support the sales team with administrative tasks that contribute to improved sales efficiency.
Manage and prepare sales documentation including quotations, sales orders, contracts, and related reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, sales records, and documentation in the system.
Assist in reviewing and refining sales workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Assist in maintaining alignment between sales, operations, finance, and other internal stakeholders through clear communication and accurate data updates.
Education, Experiences, Skills and Knowledge
Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
