As we continue expanding, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin to support our sales operations, documentation workflow, and smooth customer journey.

This role is essential to ensuring fast, accurate, and professional handling of all sales processes at Raya Khas.

The Role:



This position is more than just paperwork -- you will be the backbone of the sales department, ensuring every deal moves efficiently from booking to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



? Handle all sales documentation including booking forms, invoices, agreements, loan submissions, and insurance forms.

? Coordinate with JPJ runners, finance banks, and insurance partners for smooth registration and approval processes.

? Update and maintain sales records, customer files, and internal tracking systems.

? Assist Sales Advisors and Sales Managers with daily administrative support.

? Prepare simple sales reports, weekly summaries, and pipeline updates.

? Ensure accuracy of documentation, compliance with SOPs, and timely follow-ups.

? Communicate with customers regarding pending documents, payments, or updates.

? Monitor vehicle readiness, registration status, and delivery scheduling.

? Maintain professionalism and uphold Raya Khas' customer-first service standards.

Experience:



? 1-3 years experience in administrative work; automotive background is an advantage.

? Experience with documentation, customer service, or operations support is preferred.

? Fresh graduates with strong administrative discipline are encouraged to apply.

Education Background:



? Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Administration, Accounting, or related fields.

Core Competencies:



? Detail-Oriented: Accurate and careful with documentation.

? Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

? Communication: Clear, polite, and responsive in dealing with staff, customers, and partners.

? Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with spreadsheets, basic reporting, and simple digital systems.

? Team Support: Works well with sales, admin, and operations teams.
